- Onions
 - chicken fillet, breast or thigh.
 - Turmeric and sea salt.
 
- Saute diced onions.
 - Once golden, lower heat, sprinkle turmeric and saute for a minute.
 - Increase heat and add small pieces of chicken.
 - Flip pieces over quickly to trap juice inside.
 - Lower heat and let it cook fully.
 - Serve with bread and salad.
