- Beef or chicken broth
- Garlic
- Sea salt
- Lentil
- Ginger
- Tofu
- Coriander (Cilantro)
Instructions:
- Cook lentils in broth with garlic.
- Add Tofu cubes and shredded ginger and cook some more.
- Sprinkle with coriander (make sure they are thoroughly washed and bacteria free).
- Serve cold or warm (chemo patients should not eat or drink anything hot), as is or as a puree.
